At Hair & Co., we’re committed to helping you find your perfect hair match. If something doesn’t feel right, we offer a 6-day exchange window from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, just click here, log in to your account, and submit your request.
We do not offer refunds, but we provide store credit in the form of a coupon code.
Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges must be requested within 6 days of delivery.

The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, unaltered (not combed, cut, or styled).

Product must be returned in its original packaging with the tag intact.

Exchanges are only valid for orders within India. We do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

Store Credit Policy

Once your exchange is approved, a pickup will be arranged, and ₹100 will be deducted from the product value as a return shipping charge.

Store credit is shared via coupon code, valid for 6 months.

Returned products must reach us within 5–7 working days and pass our quality check.

Once approved, store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours via email.

Store credit is one-time use only. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.
No Exchanges or Returns on:

Sale or discounted items

Customized products (including minor alterations)

Products with broken tags

International orders
Orders placed before a sale announcement cannot be canceled to avail discounted prices. No cancellations or modifications are allowed on sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

You must share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

Additional pictures or videos may be requested by our team.

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
If the issue is only with a clip, we will send two extra clips and the product will not be replaced.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and modifications are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Requests must be made via email at contact@hairandco.in or WhatsApp at +91 87643 11928. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins.

Cancellations will be processed as store credit, not a refund.

No cancellations will be processed during ongoing sales.

For Partial Cash on Delivery orders, the advance payment is non-refundable if the order is canceled or refused.

The ₹90 shipping fee (for orders below ₹1000) is non-refundable.

Yes, an unboxing video is required to claim any damages or incorrect items.
4. What cannot be exchanged?
Used or altered products, sale items, customized items, or products with broken tags.
5. Will I receive a refund?
We do not offer refunds. Only store credit is provided.
6. When will I receive my store credit?
Within 24–48 hours after your returned product passes the quality check.
7. Does this apply to EMI purchases too?
Yes. Store credit is issued for the full amount (after deducting ₹200), not just the EMI paid.
8. Can I change my address or order after placing it?
Only if requested within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
9. Will the ₹90 shipping charge be refunded?
No, it is non-refundable under any circumstance.
