Shipping policy
At Hair & Co., we want your order to reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible. All our products are shipped directly from our production facility to ensure complete quality control at every stage.
Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

For customized pieces or special collections, the processing time may extend up to 1-2 weeks depending on the level of customization.

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays & public holidays).

While we work hard to ship orders quickly, certain delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to external factors like courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer FREE shipping across India on all orders above ₹1000.

For orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping fee of ₹90 is applicable.

Standard delivery timelines:

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days post dispatch

Non-Metro/Remote Locations: 5–10 business days post dispatch

All orders are shipped via leading courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc. with full tracking provided via email & SMS.
International Shipping
Currently, Hair & Co. does not offer international shipping directly through the website. For any international order inquiries, kindly contact us at contact@hairandco.in prior to placing your order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking details.

You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link to stay updated on your delivery status.
Undelivered / Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the delivery, a ₹100 deduction will apply. The remaining amount will be issued as store credit.

Store credit will be shared after the returned parcel is received back at our warehouse and inspected.
Address Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping details.

In case you wish to update the address after placing the order, you may contact us within 24 hours of order placement at contact@hairandco.in or WhatsApp at +91 87643 11928.

After the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee that address modifications will be possible as processing may have already begun.
Delivered But Not Received

All shipments come with tracking details.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact your local courier service immediately to investigate.

Hair & Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
